ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To build, maintain and strengthen the company’s relationship with clients, partner hospitals and Ob-Gyne’s
2. To locate, identify, qualify and approach new prospects by generating interest in the company’s services and products
3. To ensure company’s existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback
4. To develop and explore new business opportunities in the territory
5. To research industry trends and competitor’s activities and provide advice and inputs to colleagues and management about sales and marketing strategies or new sales opportunities
6. To schedule and regularly train and engage hospital delivery room staff and nurses to ensure viable cord blood and cord tissue collections
7. To be on rotational call duty and to be prepared to pick-up and ship out cord blood and cord tissue samples to the lab in Singapore
8. To handle biological samples within all certified standards, procedures and protocols of the Company and NetCord-FACT
9. To actively participate in company-sponsored sales and marketing events, public forums, roadshows, promotions, conventions, exhibits, webinars, etc.
10. To manage and ensure all aspects of quality assurance are practiced, upheld and maintained in all stages of sales and services
11. To deliver excellent customer service and manage/ exceed client expectations in a manner consistent and reflective of the culture and vision of the Company
12. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
o Professional, passionate, progressive and productive individual
o Diploma/ Degree in any 4-year course from a reputable school
o High aptitude for medical and technical terms
o At least 2 years solid and productive experience in field sales and marketing
o Registered Med Techs, Nurses, Health and Wellness Services, Professional Med Reps, or related science, medical or technical courses and experience will be an advantage
o Trustworthy, highly responsible, self-motivated, self-disciplined
PREFERRED SKILLS
o Ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
o Ability to deliver excellent customer service
o Ability and willingness to travel at short notice and work flexible hours
o Ability to converse in the English language both oral and written
o Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
o Ability to think critically, analytically and quickly, as well as creatively
o Ability to communicate and present company products and services with excellent success rates
o Ability to make effective and productive sales follow-ups
o Must be customer service-oriented with keen attention to details
o Independent, aggressive, goal-oriented and requires minimum supervision
o Willing to work from Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City
ADDITIonAL NOTES:
· Willing to work irregular hours to complete duties and responsibilities
· Able to work under pressure and meet targets
· Full time job – Office and field works, Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays
· Continuous training will be provided
· Basic pay + sales incentives + allowances
