QUALIFICATION:

Candidate must possess at least a College LevelRequired Skill(s): sellingPreferably at least 1 year experienced employee specializing in SalesRetail/General or equivalent.Preferably a candidate who has previous experience in a hardware store retail company is an advantage.Willing to undergo training at INGCO TOOLS, NORTH EDSA BRANCH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers, respond to their queries, improve engagement with merchandise, and provide an excellent shopping experience.Direct customers to merchandise within the store.Achieve sales quotas and increase store sales.Demonstrate superior product knowledgeMaintain an orderly appearance throughout the selling area.Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.Cross-sell merchandise to provide added value to the customers.Prepare and send daily sales reports.Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawersOther tasks assigned.
