Job Description

Provider Recruitment Coordinator

Inova Team oversees and manages daily operations for its partner clients and vendors in connection with appointment booking, eligibility, benefit coverage and limitation and claims adjudications associated with a wide range of medical and dental insurance products.

Expectations:

We are looking for experienced, detail-oriented professionals with absolute accuracy and a quality- oriented mindset. Our ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering high-quality, efficient, and results-driven solutions in a fast-paced, remote environment. Integrity is a must!

Technical Requirements:

Advanced computer skills including typing speed, email, internet research, downloading and uploading files, and working in multiple browser windows are a plus.

Qualifications:

Experience in Sales and Marketing are a highly recommendedExcellent communication skillsAbility to respond to customer inquiries with urgency and absolute accuracyMust be able to work independently and with minimum supervisionStrong problem-solving skills and analytical abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and multi-taskProficient in MS Office applications
