JOB DEscriptION

Submission of Monthly SKU forecast to Domestic Sales, Booked final Job Orders to Export Team.Coordinates with export team readiness of order and secure booking with shipping line and broker for loading schedule.Maintain, update and provide artwork for export shipment.Prepare, process, and courier shipping documents required by the buyer's country of importation. Process Licenses that are required for export.Secure Order Approval, reports payment, and prepare account reconciliation, CM ApplicationPrepares SOA for consolidation and evaluates billing request checks for services according to the approved charges/expensesMaintain and keep a record of shipment

JOB SPECIFICATION

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Export Management, Customs Administration, or any related course.Applicants must be willing to work in SUCAT PARAÑAQUE PLANT.Full-Time position(s) available.
