JOB SUMMARYResponsible for Field Sales Operations in assigned areas; ensure merchandising display in each branch, and create more demands and supply.QUALIFICATIonSCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.At least one year related work experience in Sales and MarketingMotorcycle enthusiast and preferably a riderAbove average communication skillsAnalytical and possesses good negotiation skillsKnows how to drive; with valid driver's licenseWilling to travel and work on weekends and holidays if necessaryReady to be assigned in different areas in LuzonDUTIES AND RESPonSIBILITIESVisits daily all branch assignments (minimum of 10 outlets per day).Checks Point of Purchase (POP) materials and merchandising in all branches.Talks to the branch manager or branch OIC to know all concerns about Yamaha product.Accomplishes Outlet Visit Report (OVR) and Daily Activity Report (DAR) for monitoring reference.Checks the account grid and budget per marketing activity if appropriately implemented.Encodes all concerns in each branch and study market segments within the area of responsibility.Collates the activity result and evaluates its effectiveness.Computes monthly budget through account grid and reports to the management.Checks the status of company vehicle and equipment for maintenance and repair.Checks the status of market strategies and competitors' promotions.Submits travel requests for sales activities and company events.Handles various projects or related functions that may be assigned by superior.
