Job Description

Principal Accountabilities

Key Account Management

1. Develop and manage monthly sales strategies and in store promotions in close coordination with HQ

Data analysis and monitoring especially sales, productsReporting monthly or bimonthly sales strategy to HQ GTM team and deciding on which products will be promoted and focused on per monthCreating sales strategies of boosting sales of Engine products as well as strategy products, and review the sales results of those itemsExecuting and managing sales strategies of each month in retail shops (OBS / MBS) and review how the strategies work properly in relation to the market

2. Forecasting evaluation of new SKU, suggestion of RSP for new products, and deciding on first shipment

Data analysis and monitoring especially stocks of ongoing product s and each shipment of new productsCooperating with PO manager of each local subsidiary to forecast exactly how many new products will be soldProviding key promotional strategies to PO manager so that he/she can place a proper order of the products

3. PO communication and management

Discussing sales data with PO manager to facilitate stock managementsDecision making regarding slow moving or excessive inventory (discount sales or other promotions)Cooperation with VMD manager so that inventory / exhaustion strategies can be executed properly in Stores

4. Analysis of sales and customer activities

Data analysis and monitoring of numbers and figures related to the customerListening to and reviewing all the VOC / feedback given by GreenUs in stores and report each monthComing up with new ideas regarding the membership systems that can be carried out by wholesale companies

5. Developing New Sales Promotional Items in cooperation with the HQ GTM Team

Finding new sales promotional items of local competitors and suggesting them to the HQ GTM Team marketing collaterals.

6. Perform any other duties assigned by Team Leader/ Manager Director / Regional Brand Manager

Key Experience and Skills

Education and Experience

Graduate in any 4-year courseWith experience in sales and marketing5-7 years’ experience in the related field (Retail sales related)

Skill Sets

Ability to listen, advise and record information effectivelyGood analyzing skill and problem-solving skillProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPTNegotiation Skill with buyer
