I. JOB SUMMARY
This position will support all the administrative needs of the President, Expatriates and Mancom members including customer visits management, company events and expense reports preparation and liquidation.The position will report in Muntinlupa City, Philippines with minimal travel requirements.

nal activities:Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel itineraries of the President;Prepare expense claims and liquidations of the President;Support HR Department and Execom team in organizing company events, strategic planning meetings and company team building activitiesProvide o
ngoing support to expats for relocation, visa renewals and other government clearances, travel and other matters, as applicable, during their assignment ;Coordinate with HR and Finance department in facilitating Visa application and renewal for foreign workers;Record and Transcribe minutes in the weekly Management Meeting as maybe directed by the President or presiding officer;Perform other tasks as may be directed by the President.Coordinate the Mancom members’ travel needs while ensuring that travel needs are met within the co
nstraints of the company policy and travel budget;Schedules hotel and flight accommodations and procures necessary docu
mentation such as passports, visas, travel insurance or other clearances,Coordinate with travelers, HR, and finance department in completing visa application requirements and fees;Coordinate with travelers for their transportation needs by liaising with shuttle providers;Coordinate the scheduling for customer visits with the relevant service line heads and ExeCom members;Organize the meetings including meeting invitations and room reservatio
