Administrative Duties:

Performs administrative duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.General affairs supports for Samsung R&DOffice facility management and reportCommunicates with vendors for PO and other needsProactive work attitude to deal with several Admin tasks.Good reporting and presentation skillsOther ad-hoc secretary task supports

Qualifications:

Experience in Admin Tasks and administrative function with 3 to 5 years in the fieldAnalytical and keen to details Can work under pressure with minimal supervision; MS proficient.Have at least 3~5 years experience in GA & Admin partFacility (Electricity or Engineering knowledge preferred. Not mandatory)
