Individual Wealth Management (Investments)
Receive telephone calls mostly coming from financial advisors and sometimes from clients, regarding investment products (mutual funds, segregated funds) that were purchased from a Sun Life Financial Advisor in Canada.Provides outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries in an inbound Customer Care Center (CCC).Pure Voice Customer Service role
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 or 5-year course.Candidate must have at least 2 years (solid) related experience handling Wealth Management, Mutual funds, or any other investment accounts.Havin
g at least 1-year BPO experience is a big advantage but not requiredHavin
g FINRA series 6, 7, and 63 licenses would be a great advantage but not required.
