Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.Able to conduct market research for a specific brand or product and propose marketing plans and budgets for marketing campaignsAble to Monitor the Market trends to effectively manage the promotion, position, and people for the products and services offered by the companyCollaboratively work with the Digital Transformation and Store operations to develop new programs and/or strategies.Ensure new offerings are well communicated to be able to locate new channels and reach customersSubmits monthly reports on sales performance per supplier and provide variance explanationsCoordinates with suppliers on marketing programs and/or retail support needed to drive salesWork with the Institutional Sales Officer to build relationships with vendors, partners, and people outside the company to identify opportunities in building awareness of the product and better engage the company's target audience.
