The role is an entry level position and will assist with the initial “intake” of a patient to the practice.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Answer incoming calls from potential patients to explain our services and how we can contribute to their overall care as PCP or for Transitional Care until they are able to see their PCPCreate charts in an EMR system (Practice Fusion) with attention to detail for data entryLocate and upload medical records into the patient’s chartSchedule initial appointmentsCommunicate effectively internally with team members and externally with partnered companiesdocument all incoming referrals on the excel spreadsheet. Prior knowledge of MS Office programs is essentialNavigate and multitask multiple web-based programs (Outlook, Epic Care link, Practice Fusion etc...)Attend meetings as neededAssist with any other tasks your direct manager assigns
