The Research Associate I (Microbial Product Development) is primarily responsible for performing laboratory works on research for biological control of diseases and bio formulation development and improvement. He/She performs efficacy testing of newly developed and improved bio products. He/She is also expected to perform microbiological analyses for technical services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology major in Microbiology (Registered Microbiologist) or Agriculture major in Plant PathologyAt least 1-3 years of solid experience in laboratory researchScientific research skillsProblem solving and decision-making skillsLaboratory skills and equipment operation skillsTechnical report writing skillsProject ManagementTime ManagementKnowledge in plant pathologyKnowledge in microbiologyKnowledge in basic molecular biology techniquesOral and written communication skillsProficiency in computer operations, specifically MS applications
