Experience your best self with URC! Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Branding and Tracking Research Analyst. The Branding and Tracking Research Analyst functions as the internal expert for branding and tracking researches which includes but is not limited to brand health tracking and UAIs. He or She is responsible for the management of these researches ensuring consistency for all URC categories across URC markets and is conducted in a manner that is up to the URC standards. He or She supports the Protocols & Market Measurement Manager in evaluating and developing new consumer research approaches for branding and tracking. What are the Responsibilities?Manages implementation of branding and tracking researches ensuring timely conduct and insightful reports across URC Markets.Ensures that the branding and tracking researches are conducted reflecting correct specifications and in adherence to the URC research standards.Reviews deliverables which include (but not limited to) scorecards/ reports/dashboard and ensures data are complete and accurate.Provides additional analysis/scorecard as required by Marketing/key stakeholders.Provides guidance on the use and application of the KPIs.Build technical expertise on the branding and tracking researches to ensure consistent application across URC markets as the need arise.Have a clear understanding of the technical component of these researches to maximize analytics that can be applied.Functions as the internal expert for brand and tracking researches with whom stakeholders can consult on matters related to this practice.Search for best practices and evaluate if it can benefit and improve URC protocols.Supports Protocols & Market Measurement Manager in evaluating and/or developing branding and tracking protocols and analysis frameworks.Understands the strengths and limitation of each tool, when to apply what research tool, and how to modify tools to a specific context. Tools include but not limited to: Brand Health tracking, UAIsConducts review of tools as per advice of Manager and make recommendation on best approach/es.Support other key elements of the CMI agenda including but not limited to:Strategic vendor managementEfficient budget managementHelping build capabilities within the CMI teams as well as the broader Marketing, Sales, and Innovation organization, with special focus on (but not limited to) brand health tracking and UAIs, and data analytics. What are the Qualifications?College graduate with 5+ years of market research experience in Consumer Goods or a related industry; Preferably graduate of Statistics, Economics, Communications ResearchProficient technical knowledge and business application of research methodologies particularly in handling tracking and brand researches. This includes (but not limited to) regression modelling, factor/cluster analysis, segmentation, basic statistics (sig testing). Basic knowledge in running statistical tool such as SPSS.Ability to learn and effectively use information/business tools and platforms (ie.
