Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration/ Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.An ability to prioritize and manage expectationsCustomer service orientation and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and accuracyGood verbal and written communication skillsProblem analysis and problem solving skillsStress toleranceSense of urgency

Monitoring of Arrival, Berthing and Discharged of Vessel and Sending of Arrival NoticeComputation, re-evaluation and validation of Duties and TaxesLodgement of entry to BOC system (Intercommerce)BOC online PortalChecking of documents needed for processing and releasing (For Direct Shipment) Monitor and record daily/weekly shipment for Brokerage. Daily status report on shipments.
