Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration/ Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.MUST have at least 1-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-2 years experience specializing with import/Export Shipment, documentation, Freight Forwarding and Logistics/Supply ChainMust be a team player and willing to work in a fast paced environmentSelf-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethicExcellent English language communication skills – both verbal and written*Preferably lives in Manila only

Monitoring of Pre-alertSubmission of Manifest (Encoding of Manifest, Monitoring of Validated Manifest to BOC)Checking of Arrival NoticeWorksheet Encoding for FCL/LCL and ConSOLPreparation of Check RequestMMT Monitoring System (Info Center and Masterfile/ScorecardConsolidation of documentsSending of Arrival NoticeCoordination to ClientsForwarding on Demurrage and Detention Charges to Ultimate ConsigneePreparation of Shipping documents (Delivery Order, Container Guarantee, Freight Certificate if necessary) – if MMT is non-Broker Monitoring of Shipment Manila and outside Port
