Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Develops and maintains partnerships with different Product Management teams
Ø Coordinates with different resources, including controlling all internal and external resources
Ø Functions as the link between US and PH teams
Ø Schedules coordinates and facilitates communication
Ø Sustains and grows business by offering proactive solutions
Ø Identifies problems, analyzes trends, and implements corrective and preventive actions
Ø Implements business operation and service solutions utilizing continuous improvement
Ø Prepares, implements, maintains, and reviews existing projects
Ø Liaises with different teams where appropriate
Ø Projection complementing product growth and forecast
Ø Regularly achieve and exceed performance standards and targets
Ø Deals effectively with complaints and issues by escalating to the appropriate individual or team and by taking the appropriate action when necessary
Ø Contributes to other projects/program implementation if requested
Team Management
Ø Accountable for the proper recruitment of staff and endorsement to Sr. Director
Ø Accountable for the performance of all direct reports by coaching, creating and maintaining development plans, conducting performance reviews, recommending training, and encouraging individual employee participation in decision making
Ø Sets up objectives and gives rewards and recognition to the team once they achieve it
Ø Accountable for the identification of training needs of the team, for fulfilling those, and ensuring a development plan is in place for a successor
Ø Accountable for the team's efficiency and utilization
Ø Communicates company policies
Ø Completes maintains and processes pertinent paperwork and records

PRODUCT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (MID-LEVEL)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Product Managers to ensure all product launch content is accurate and provided in a timely fashion to support the set-up and launch thru all sales channels
Coordinate with International Team resources to collect and maintain product specs
Interfaces with and supports customer service team, responding to customer inquiries related to product features and specs
Provides support in compiling and detailing reports for product category performance on a monthly and quarterly basis
Supports Products Managers by conducting product spec comparisons and competitor analysis of both products and competing websites
Reviews customer questions (website Q&A), collect data & provides findings to product management and content teams for product content updates
Provides monthly feedback on any review issues related to newly launched products
Supports Product Managers with project/program management tasks
Has an interest in consumer hardware and gadgets. Preferred but not required
QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to compile data from multiple sources and combine to each report in excel, Experienced with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other features of Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication shills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years prior experience in a hardware product marketing/management role. Consumer electronics/hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement
Understanding of general e-commerce sales model and website terminology
Experience developing product marketing materials
Ability to play a supporting, cross-functional role that interfaces with multiple departments
Must be able to plan and prioritize work to achieve goals
