The Media Specialist position is a new role in the Recruitment Marketing department. The rapidly-expanding Recruitment Marketing team is responsible for candidate acquisition initiatives, communication strategies and branding campaigns. The Media Specialist will work with internal teams and external vendors to help increase candidate applications and click-through rates; while developing their own career in the marketing field.

Resolve job posting requests routed to the service helpdesk queue in accordance with SLAsPublish job postings on various job boards such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, etc., as neededCreate effective job postings that are co
ncise and engaging to applicants.Proofread and edit job posting co
ntent using a standard checklist and with proper grammar and punctuation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on job postings across utilized job boards.
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English communications skillsFamiliarity with job boards and use of spreadsheetsHighly organizedHigh attention to detailGood multi-tasking and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt quickly to changesAbility to work well under pressureExperience managing job boards preferred
