As a Customer Service Representative, you will be active in a self-driven role to be a customer service champion. Create bespoke solutions to meet customer satisfaction as well as the business needs. Negotiation skills will assist you to make sales as well as bespoke resolutions that benefit every party. Being a front-line employee representing the brand, this role requires you to maintain a professional attitude as well as provide feedback loops about the product quality or processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
Handle customers customers through phone, email, and chat.Answering customer queries whether it be pre-sales, technical or after sales support.Gather firsthand information from customers to improve products and services.Understand the products that were selling and provide correct recommendations to customers and close out the sale.Be technically capable to discuss the specifications, use cases and troubleshooting of our products to customers to answer and questions they may have or resolve their concern.
Qualifications
Preferably a graduate of any related field.Familiarity with lithium batteries, generators and solar panels is a big plusCommunicates effectively (verbal and written).High attention to detail.Willing to work onsite.
Reports To
The Customer service representative will report to Operations Team Leader.
