As the market leader in providing these resources in Australia, we focus on creating an exceptional experience for our clients through high quality products, exceptional customer service & support.about THE ROLEYou will be responsible for creating and reporting on integrated email marketing campaigns across our brands to support brands strategies, lead generation and monthly sales cycles.You will be a creative yet analytical thinker who can deliver exciting and engaging email campaigns and will be instrumental in contributing to lead generation through email marketing.Reporting to the Email Marketing & Performance Team Leader under the Email Marketing & Performance Manager, and within the Marketing Department, you will work closely with the Creative, SEO, Web Content, Social Media, Digital Ads, Marketing Operations and Product Marketing teams. YOUR RESPonSIBILITIESWrite clear, compelling email copy for the company’s email campaigns.Research our industry, competitors, and target audience to formulate ideas or support your writing. Stay informed of new products or feature releases to incorporate into campaignsSetup emails in our email marketing platform and seek review and approval prior to sendingCreate, update and maintain nurture email campaignsMonitor email performance, A/B test new ideas for email subject lines, copy and designs, and continually improve and optimise email campaignsResearch and identify opportunities to improve deliverability, open, click-through and conversion rates in email programsProduce newsletters and other non-marketing emailsUndertake list management, segmentation and clean-up processesWork with the Email Coordinator, Marketing Operations and Creative teams to build new email templates, workflows and campaigns to support marketing objectives. Report to management on project progress, email deliverability, engagement and conversion, and other key performance metrics.
