Job Description
• Work with internal teams to secure information for various accounts. Use this information to update the various systems the Dropship Program touches upon
• Handle customer service issues daily that may arise from our vendors
• Answer account questions regarding the status of orders and/or items on their website/s
• Maintain promotion and marketing reports for channel stores
• Ensure content for all third-party channels is SEO-friendly and optimized for the relevant partner
• Maintain and monitor product listing on sites

Qualifications And Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience within an eCommerce/Digital Marketing/Marketing environment
• Fashion/ Retail Experience
• Magento Experienced
• Has Exposure to E-Bay and Amazon
• Any experience working in the following marketplaces; Amazon, eBay, Catch, Full Beauty, Target US, Walmart US.
Must have knowledge and skills in the following:
• Excel
• Order Processing
• Order Reconciliation
• Product set up within a marketplace
• Data entry
• Reporting
