QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must a graduate of Mechanical Engineering (or other related course).

2. Must have at least 2 years experience in packaging development (cartons, bottles and sachets).

3. Must be knowledgeable in using various packaging equipment and testing tools.

4. Knowledgeable in operating and trouble shooting of packaging machines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage the packaging development process, including the creating of packaging designs, prototype development, specification and testing.

2. Collaborate with cross functional partners to develop margin improvement and technical innovation opportunities.

3. Work closely with Marketing, QA and Production to specify, test and implement the optimum packaging design for new products.

4. Conducts experiments, trials and analysis to validate and advance technical packaging opportunities both internal and at external supplier.

5. Manage approval processes related to printed materials.

6. Ensure that packaging products meet set requirements and specifications.

7. Work closely with existing and new suppliers.

8. Keeping up to date with technological innovations.
