Job Description

Our continuously growing company CEBU WORLD LAMINATE INC. is urgently searching for a KEY ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST who can offer reliable support to the team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess a College degree in Marketing or any business-related or engineering courses.Must have at least five (5) years of experience specializing in Sales handling construction materials, interior fit-out/design, or industrial materials.In-depth knowledge of modular cabinets, kitchens, or furniture.Knowledge and technical understanding of construction industry components/projects, furniture, and designs with wide networks of Dealers, Contractors, Architects, Designers, Engineers, etc.Accurate & comprehensive understanding of sales planning & forecasting.Great negotiation & presentation skills that can easily build a strong and long-lasting relationship with clients.Team player, results-oriented, initiative, customer-oriented, innovative and trustworthy.Commercially minded with strong motivation to succeed and hit targets.Ability to add value, reduce cost and drive continuous improvements.Very good in oral and written communication skills – English, Taglish, Bisaya.Willing to travel, and do fieldwork.

JOB SUMMARY:

Generate revenue from an assigned geographical location by executing the company’s strategies to achieve sales targets through new account acquisition, in-depth sales understanding, and sales analysis to fulfill clients’ needs to ensure customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
