The Account Executive/Sales Associate will directly contribute to the success of the organization; and his/her essential duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Achieve and/or exceed sales targets assigned to the Focus Global – Hunter Douglas showrooms (located in BGC and Pioneer)Cordially assist walk-in clients visiting the showroomProvide sound recommendation to clients with regards to design of window shades and blinds relevant to the need/requirement of the client.Represent the brand to clients and to industry specifiers which include architects, interior designers, and co
ntractorsMaintain a close working relatio
nship with exixting clients and build a portfolio of new clients relevant to achieving targets for the brandProvide exeptio
nal customer service to clients through:Specifying and offering solutions ba
sed on their client’s need;Coordinating with different departments in the planning and installation of client’s window coverings; andOffering excellent after-sales service pertaining to client’s window coveringsImplement marketing programs in coordination with the marketing teamPractice your creative and interior design sensibilities by working with the country’s leading design and architecture firms
To be qualified for this position, aspiring candidates must meet the following requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field from a reputable schoolPreferably with experience in salesPreferably with experience or background in selling real estate propertiesInterest in interior design an advantageWith good oral and written communication skillsMust be able to work under minimal supervisio
