Job Description

You will be leading a team of Sales Support Officers within the Sales Support Department, which specializes in ensuring the accurate provisioning of sales and services. 

What will you do?

You will be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of:

Management of team schedule and adherenceCoaching and developing your team of Sales Support OfficersWorking collaboratively with key internal stakeholdersEnsuring quality of work and compliance across all operational areasCreate a positive culture through team member motivation and engagementProvide daily reporting
