Upload and Maintain VM Standards of the Stores
Through merchandising, create a retail enviro
nment that represents the brand using approaches to flex especially during product sell down period.Develop actio
nable merchandise presentations to maximize sales opportunities by directing innovative merchandising techniques that portrays brand fashion direction.Implement the brand’s visual merchandising directives throughout the store; such directives may require some creativity in molding them into being co
nsistent with the particular store goals and with great attention to detail.Train the store team a
bout design concepts, visual display standards, and the proper maintenance of the overall visual display effort.Ensure all stores have necessary VM elements for all product display and take charge of inventory management and orders.Prepare for promotio
nal events/ mo
nthly launches which could include co
ntributing ideas for the whole set-up and dismantle displays at the end of promotio
nal period.Follow up on all VM related paperwork such as raising PORFs and submission of invoices, reporting mo
nthly expenses etc.Establish good relatio
nships with printers, co
ntractors and business partners involved in the development of a project.Perform additio
nal duties as assigned by the Head of Creative Services.
