Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The Operations Specialist is responsible for the effective and efficient performance of all the assigned Branches. Responsible to oversee all the requests coming from the Branch is within the budget.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Defining and streamlining processes and workflows
2.Conducting training to all Branch personnel
3.Assist Branch personnel to all their operational concerns excluding Accounting concerns.
4.Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
5.Perform related duties as assigned by Immediate Superiors.
6.Ensures that all Branches are open at exactly 7:30AM.
7.Provides immediate solution for branches with issues and concerns on manpower.
8.Maintains expert-level knowledge in operational process; evaluates and improves processes within work areas.
9.Improves personnel’s job-related skills; develops, maintains and applies learning tools (methods, checklists and skill building agreements) to encourage personnel’s development.
10.Conducts a regular branch stay of at least 4 stores or 8 virtual store visit weekly.
11.Submits report of what transpired during branch stay. Report must detailed all the issues and concerns encountered and the solutions provided.
12. Approves supplies requests and validates all items for replacement/repair prior seeking approval from Operations Manager.
13. In charge of the maintenance of physical appearance of the store and assist branch for any minor repairs.
14. Assists branch personnel during store transfer and new branch set-up to ensure that everything is in place and the store is ready to operate and accept clients.
15. Consolidates and monitors audit reports with regards to store discrepancy to provide swift recommendation when it comes to changes of assigned BH or transfer of personnel.
16. Responsible for all the request supplies and marketing collateral needed during the opening of new stores. (Posters, signage and others).
Other Duties:
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Commerce or any business-related course.Minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant work experience preferably in retail operations or trading industry is an advantage but not necessary.Product knowledge, selling skills.Leadership and people managements skills.Customer service-orientedStrong focus resultsKeen to detailsInventory and co
