Job Scope:

This job directly reports to the Store Operations Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day Phone-in, MySuki and online channels, Institutional Accounts, and Off-store activities. This job works closely with the Selling Department Supervisors for stocks availability while maintaining good customer engagement and to ensure customer retention.  

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree on Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or any business-related courses Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience specializing in Sales, in retail industry or similar duties

Business Applications (Microsoft Applications, Carina, MySuki)  Customer Relationship Management  Inventory Control and Management Sales Planning and Execution Process Implementation and Monitoring Workforce Planning and Forecasting Supplies Control and Management Project Management Sales Process (Preparation, Selling Coverage, Closing) Proactive Prospecting (Sales Call, Mapping and Zoning, Referral Drive) Order Fulfillment and Returns Processing
