Job Description
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or any related field.- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of proven working experience as Area Manager, Sales or Account Executive preferably from FMCG or any related sales and marketing field.- Strong time management skills; ability to multitask effectively.- Strategic mindset and results-driven- Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills; approachable and able to cultivate a positive rapport with customers.- Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their capacity to sell; researching and analyzing sales options.2. Maintains good business relationships with clients by providing support and immediate feedback regarding our products and services.3. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. 4. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.5. Proper coordination with our Sales Coordinator regarding customer orders and ensure on-time delivery of our products. 6. Proper coordination with our Credit and Collection Department for on-time payment collection and remittance.7.  Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines8.  Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.9. evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.10. Report to immediate head on progress and issues.11. Ensure achievement of sales target; monthly, quarterly and annual.
