Responsibilities:
• Drive the company online business growth through company website
• Work closely with agencies in US Market to develop the company online business in US
• Work closely with PR agencies in US Market to develop the company online business in US
• Manage day to day execution of offer promotions, online marketing campaigns and other initiatives
• Manage budget spend and sales return in each campaign
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce or any relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years of working experience in eCommerce field, particularly in beauty industry
• Coordinate with internal IT, product, customer services, design, logistic and finance to ensure sales objectives and needs are being addressed at the online business level
• Ensure the accuracy and timelines of all promotion/ product launch, marketing campaigns and other customer interaction
• Preferably with knowledge in different tools - digital / online promotion and social media etc.
• Sound knowledge about eCommerce trends and digital environment in UK, Europe or APAC
• Knowledge of consumer behavior in US country
