nfirmation from renewal manager/renewal VP that data is correctCollaborate with the renewal managers and renewal ops leaders to drive complete understanding of each transaction, and provide business insight and forecast to any upcoming account renewals, allowing renewals team to mitigate any riskPerform data clean-up activities, data upkeep, and/or reco
nciliation on account assetsCo
nduct renewal forecasting, forecasting opportunity creation, and other analogous ad-hoc projects coming from renewal ops/business ops and renewals team
Who you are
1-2+ years experience working in sales, renewals, and customer success organizatio
nsHas basic to intermediate knowledge in Salesforce fields/objects, reports/dashboardExtremely detail- and process-oriented, has solid understanding of renewal business, licensing, product, and asset managementHas a track record of driving efficiencies and improvement with large strategic initiativesAble to handle working across multiple teams and motions, and can co
nnect the dots to clean messy data, drive efficiencies and improvements, as well as change management if applicable
