We’re looking for a new Channel Renewal Specialist to partner with our Channel team to help grow our client's fast-growing partner sales group.
As a Channel Renewal Specialist, you will support the Channel Reseller Sales team by managing renewals for our existing customers that purchase through partners.
Our client has a high volume of renewal transactions, so the ability to manage multiple renewal opportunities while building an understanding of how partners manage customer relationships will be critical to success in the role.
What you'll achieve:
Manage renewal opportunities for partner sales dealsTrack renewals in Salesforce with regular updatesPull information specific account renewal details and enter into quote buildersProactively send renewal quotes to Partner 90 days in advance and at regular intervals as needed to secure a renewalCommunicate with partners and customers over emailDe-provision accounts
about you:
4+ years in order management, preferably at a SaaS companyProficient in data entry, attention to detailBasic knowledge of Salesforce, Google WorkspaceExcellent communication and organizatio
nal skills, both written and verbalProcess-oriented with an appreciation for operatio
nal excellence
