SALES MANAGEMENTEnsure achievement of sales objectives through sales team management.Plan, develop and implement sales strategies based on business plan.Set sales targets and track progress of the sales team based on KPIs.Manage sales operations and requirements of the team including issues related to customer and sales management.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTIdentify new business opportunities and formulate sales lead generation programs for execution of sales team.Recommend participation in trade shows, exhibits and conventions.Provide activity and progress reports, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, strategies and potential for new products and services.TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTManage, develop and coach the sales team through modern sales management.Monitor and evaluate performance of the sales team based on set KPIs. 3. Prepare and formulate sales training modules and curriculum for the sales team.COLLECTIonMonitor and ensure collection of accounts based on terms and due date. 2. Coordinate closely with Accounting Department for credit and collection procedures.OPERATIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICECoordinate with operations and warehouse team for the timely delivery.Manage day-to-day operations and sales requirements of customers.Provide continuous effort to improve operations and customer service Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures.QUALIFICATIONSA. EDUCATION REQUIRED College Graduate of Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related coursesB. EXPERIENCE At least 8+ years sales experience in a distribution or manufacturing company with proven track record of growing and sustaining revenue. Solid sales management experience and managing a sales team.C. COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGEKnowledge in basic sales call procedure, methods and techniques Knowledge of sales/business development principles and procedures Knowledge in Trade Marketing principles and Key Account Management
