QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing or its equivalentWith at least 1 year of experience in a similar position as a sales account executive in the hotel industryWith an outgoing personality and good interpersonal skillEnergetic and innovative personA self-starter, displays initiative & is attentive to detailsCustomer & people-orientedExcellent communication skillsGood analytical thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.Promoting products and services, and closely monitoring guests’ feedback on all social media platforms that need immediate response and attention.Implements all sales action plans and strategies.Acquire new business and/or close on business.Conducts daily sales calls.Responsible for responding to inquiries, managing account database, preparing reports, and presentations.Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, and develop professional long-term business relationships.Able to support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
