Job Description:

The marketing assistant's role is to help the marketing team to run smoothly and effectively. Individuals applying for this role should have demonstrated the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks effectively and independently.

Responsibilities:

Support the Marketing team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.Coordinate employee meetings and communications for the marketing department.Maintain executive schedules and oversee project loadPlan, prepare, and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.Conduct research for a key marketing campaign.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience. BA/BS is a plus but not required.Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.knowledge in editing is a plus
