Responsibilities:

Overseeing all operational activities for the organization.Identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and systems. Translating the company’s strategic plans into defined operational plans.Defining performance management KPIs to monitor operational success against objectives.Reporting to the board on operation activities towards business goals.Restructuring business activities to increase speed and efficiency.Working alongside other members of the business on business projects.Establishing a culture of continuous business improvement.Overhauling customer service activities and implementing minimum standards across all contact with customers.All aspects of Day to day management of the operations team.Researching opportunities for cost savings across the business.Staying up to date with technological changes within the industry.Minimizing operation expenditure within the business wherever possible.Developing leadership and coaching programs to increase employee effectiveness.Directing all operational activities across the organization

Qualifications

At least 4-5 years experience as a Sr. Director of Operations.Excellent organizational and leadership abilitiesOutstanding communication and people skills Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelinesIn-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. finance, customer service etc.)Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)Was able to handle a healthcare account (insurance and billing/collections) is required.Willing to relocate to Iloilo City
