Qualifications
At least 4-5 years experience as a Sr. Director of Operations.Excellent organizatio
nal and leadership abilitiesOutstanding communication and people skills Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelinesIn-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. finance, customer service etc.)Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)Was able to handle a healthcare account (insurance and billing/collections) is required.Willing to relocate to Iloilo City
