Payroll Administration

ncerns pertaining to employee absenteeism and tardiness.
Benefits Administration
Handle the processing of company-initiated benefits and ensure that all requirements are met in accordance with company guidelines.Facilitate, mo
nitor and coordinate the processing of government-mandated benefits such as SSS sickness benefits, ECC benefits claims (for work co
nnected injury), SSS maternity benefits, insurance claims, etc.
Performance Management, Training and Development
Coordinate with supervisors/managers the co
nduct of performance assessment of their subordinates.Assist in seeking approval for training requests.Assist in the implementation of training and development plans.Prepare Training Report, as required.
Employee Relations
Provide assistance and support in implementing employee relations programs.Provide assistance to managers and supervisors in the administration/implementation of Company policies, rules and regulations.Assist managers and supervisors in handling employee concerns, suggestions, grievances and disputes.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
