Job Summary:
To provide administrative handling and monitoring of labor/disciplinary related issues for NCR and assigned Areas including those arising from external/customer complaints, provide internal precedents for proper resolution and sanction, formulation, training and cascading of legal policies for implementation, to attain a consistent handling of cases and its resolution and to further ensure compliance/conformity to legal procedures of the Company.
