Job Description

To implement and monitor loyalty rewards policies and procedures of Store Operations and ensure effective communications with customers for a beauty brand.

Requirements:

College degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Economics or Business ManagementExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient analytical and technical skillsAbility to build and maintain relationship with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional team members (Merchandising, Store Operations, IT)Commendable project management and planning skillsProcess focused aptitude to execute multiple deliverablesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment; coping with agile needs of the business and the consumersProficient in data mining and database managementCustomer service and interaction oriented

•Creative problem-solving skills

At least 2 years related work experience in the retail industry or service industry (Experience in both Marketing and Customer Service is an advantage)
