JOB OBJECTIVE
As Trade Marketing Executive, you will be responsible to translate the brand growth strategy into effective execution across channels. You will drive BPC’s reach and penetration with trade partners, maximize sales conversion via in-store POS and distributor engagement. You will also own the responsibility to manage relationships with distributors and key customers to drive effective sales & marketing campaigns.
TOP 3 ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Channel development and Business Planning• Develop and implement channel retail execution standards or picture of success• Set merchandising guidelines to 3rd party merchandising agencies and ensure understanding and compliance.• Creation of relevant promotion to drive penetration and trial• Creation of trade category solutions to drive display excellence and ease of shopping• Championing product launches at trade level
2. Shopper Insight and Analysis• Work closely with key customers and distributors and generate relevant insight to drive demand at channel level.• Interpret insight and convert it into impactful trade programs or promotions
3. Trade Marketing Operations• Create and maintain activity calendar and align to sales team.• Spearhead monthly business review and activity cascade• Oversee trade spends and customer commitments• Analyze and submit activity forecast to ensure availability compliance• Propose and manage annual marketing budget for each channel and brands.
Requirements:
2- 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG industry, preferably skincare/perso
nal care and cosmetics industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong background in data analysis, data mining, and reportingExperience of project management against set deliverablesAbility to prioritize and organize workloads independently when requiredTeam player and the ability to work across different multi-media platforms and departmentsTo set own priorities in line with business needs and work co
