Job Purpose
Respo
nsible for processing On-Us and Off-Us credit card transactions on RCBC Bankard Services Corporation acquired establishments or those referred by other card acquirer in accordance with the approved Authorization Policies and Procedures.Co
nducts review & decides on accounts as part of fraud-related tasks.Assists cardholders/merchants on queries pertaining to approval/accommodation of their transaction/s.Handles all complaints, inquiries and requests forwarded by merchants and cardholders with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Requirements
•Graduate of any four (4)- year college course preferably business course
• Preferably with experience in Credit Card or Call Center operations
•Knowledge in Credit/Debit Card system is an advantage
•Willing to work on a 24/7 operation including holidays
