Job Summary:
The Record-to-Report Director will lead the R2R services for the Global hub and other regional services driving transitions; continuous improvement; and transformation agenda. The incumbent will implement and maintain systems of internal controls that will ensure that company assets are adequately safeguarded and all financial systems are in compliance with company policies & procedures, and regulatory guidelines and requirements. This role will play a critical role in shaping and building the finance and accounting function.

Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience as Associate Director/Director/VP for R2R preferably within a Finance & Accounting Shared Services / BPOExtensive experience managing diverse teams across various accounting functions in multiple geographiesExtensive experience managing all facets of Finance and AccountingDemo
nstrated proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP), corporate performance management (CPM), and analytical reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Hyperion Enterprise, BEx, etc.)Co
