Job DescriptionResponsible for vendor payable transactions including voucher and check preparations, and ensures these are paid on timeResponsible for the completeness of documents supporting the Company’s transactions in accordance with existing tax and accounting rulesConsolidates monthly expense reportsPrepares and bills invoices to clientsAssist in the maintenance of complete books of accounts and preparation of reports for internal and external reportingAssist in complying with bank requirementsPoint person for banking concernsAssist online payroll accounts opening of employeesAssist in the preparation of government-required reports/documents for Business Permit requirementsMaintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and proceduresReconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account informationBank reconciliationDirectly reports to the Finance HeadQualifications:Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting. CPA license is an advantage.At least 3 years of experience in various accounting functionsWilling to work extended hours, as necessaryWith good business ethicsWith good communication skills
