Job Description
Business Process Assessment and Interpretationa. evaluate company policies, programs, contracts, and procedures.b. Recommend and execute corrective actions to address identified gaps and outliers.c. Recommends training for company employees that would instill awareness and foster understanding of company policies, programs, and procedures.d. Develop and submit an annual compliance work plan reflecting the company's highest risks that should be monitored and assessed.2. Organization and Implementationa. Carry out compliance assessments to develop and implement strategies for increased adherence and compliance.b. Maintain proper record of compliance assessments and duly notify management of conditions that openly disregard a set of standards.c. Implement follow-up strategies to ensure complete resolution of the compliance problem.d. Periodically review and revisit the program in line with the changes needed to be implemented by the organizations.3. Administrative Efficiencya. Elaborate benefits or consequences associated with adherence and non-adherence to set regulations.b. Plan and perform Operational, Security, and Financial audits.c. Report breach of regulations to the appropriate authority.4. People Management5. Customer Servicea. Address customer queries and other concerns timelyb. Delivers service in the best possible wayWorking Relationships:Department Heads, Site Managers, and Executive LeadersJob Specifications:Above-level analytical and critical skillsGood communication skills both oral and writtenProficient in Microsoft Office applicationPlatform and facilitation skills used extensively in delivering health lectures and programsPossesses good interpersonal skills and proactiveGraduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business Administration or its equivalent.More than six (6) years of solid experience in the BPO industry handling risk management and control
