Actively supports battery replacement sales team and customer needs through communication and problem resolution.Process all battery o
nly orders, including upfront work, co
nfirming payment terms, proposal creation and CDS.Records and submits periodic and/or quarterly transaction records, log sheets and/or trackers.Completes tasks as assigned to support Sales Office.Other duties as assigned.
Background / Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in any course.Order Management or Order Entry or Back-Office Support Customer Support Experience is an advantage.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational, analytical and interperso
nal skillsDetail-oriented with MS Office proficiencyAbility to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
