Profile Summary

Responsible in taking inbound/outbound calls to assist callers in their queries, questions and be able to resolve client concerns in a timely manner. Display high level of Call Quality addressing customer’s needs 

Essential Job Functions

Answer inbound/outbound calls in a timely and friendly mannerevaluate problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutionsRespond to the needs of the customers and provide personalized service. 

Basic Qualifications
