Consistently meet individual monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives by effectively executing sales strategies, processes, and trade programs in his/her assigned area and accounts.
Sales Pipeline & Flow Through Management
Execute area and account-specific strategies to create a robust sales pipeline composed of quality applications, which lead to high sales conversion.
Portfolio Selling
Meet portfolio selling objectives per account by ensuring the effective execution of related strategies.
Churn Management
Meet churn management objectives by effectively executing programs and processes that ensure long-term business engagements with assigned accounts.
Account and Business Development
Execute strategies that maximize the business potential of accounts by identifying and addressing business needs, resolving after-sales concerns, maximizing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and conceptualizing/implementing relevant business-building programs that promote long-term relationship with accounts.
Administrative Requirements
Effectively utilize prescribed systems that enable the incumbent to perform effectively in the field and in his/her capacity as a sales person while ensuring that all required records, reports and other administrative assignments are updated, accomplished properly and submitted on time.
Sales Activity Management and Control
Implement established systems and standard for monitoring and controlling field activities so that appropriate actions to positively influence results may be undertaken promptly while protecting the company's interests in various aspects of the sales group's business transactions and operations.
After Sales Management
Execute strategies that facilitate and ensure the timely and effective resolution of customers' after sales concerns in order to foster long-term business relationship with accounts.
Company Asset Management
Maintain, protect and fully utilize all company assets assigned to the incumbent.

Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
