Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:The Sales Supervisor is responsible in managing Sales Representatives within his area of coverage towards maximum achievement of sales and collection targets. He is also responsible in implementing sales strategies, in monitoring call frequency and account visitation of his sales people to increase sales volume, reactivate inactive accounts and develop new accounts.Duties and Responsibilities:Drives sales team towards the achievement of the approved Sales Plan by promoting products, implementing professional sales techniques and building long-term business relationship with customers.Responsible in leading the entire sales force to achieve sales and collection targets.  Organizes sales assignment ensuring equal distribution of workload and maximum sales generation.Conducts sales call and product presentation to his assigned key customers based on identified needs and specifications. Presents products and services which can add value to the client’s business through the use of presentation templates or by creating tailor-fit presentations.Builds and maintains customer relationship with his key customers by ensuring that sales orders are served and customer inquiries are immediately addressed.Develops sales forecasts and submits to his Sales Manager.Reviews sales action plans of Sales Representatives based on previous month's experience and develops interventions to address underperformance.Maintains the highest standards of customer service in the market by developing customer-oriented strategies and by coordinating with support groups to address any concern. Immediately responds to customer needs and complaints.Leads the entire sales force in the implementation of Trade Sales Promotional Programs to ensure maximum sales generation and market leadership.Ensures achievement of collection targets in compliance with Credit Policies. Reminds his key customers of their collection dues.Monitors price and market situation in the area of coverage. Coaches Sales Representatives on how to gather market data.Keeps abreast with market trends and identify new and potential product lines.REQUIREMENTS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.10 Full-Time position(s) available.
