Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Supports in overseeing and managing all aspects of sales activities, marketing programs and support needed to achieve sales objectives, brand awareness and business developments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implements sales strategies and activities to achieve organizational sales goals & revenue target within the assigned territory.Supports in forecasting and achieving annual, quarter and monthly sales and revenue by establishing sales objectives, development of new merchants and relevant action plans in areas of operations.Plans and coordinates with Unit Head to accomplish sales plans, collection targets and objectives.Assists in ensuring that satellite office has the necessary requirements and resources to perform properly assigned tasks to achieving sales and revenue targets.Develops and directs actions plans and oversees achievement of sales and team performance.evaluates sales and new billing collection performance of staff through following established KPIs and provide feedback, support, coaching and training to optimize performance.Directs training requirement of sales staffs and sales promoters for continued growth and optimum performance.Assists with the development of presentation materials, training manuals and proposals to expand business in assigned territory.Conceptualizes promotion ideas and go-to market activities for sales volume generation for key stores or areas.Supports on the development of advertising materials to promote the company’s products and services to its target market.Analyses results, interprets sales, assessment and new billing collection figures and recommends action plans for further revenue growth and improvement of brand awareness to immediate head.Investigates lost sales/new billing collection and customer accounts and works closely with assessment department head to minimize loses and maximize sales opportunities.Formulates sales and provide feedback on collection policies and departmental procedures for optimum team performance and compliance to company directives and government rules.Manages and controls satellite office expenses and monitors budgets of assigned sales team.Conducts market research and competitor and customer analysis.Identifies and proposes sales and market opportunities in assigned areas.Cultivates effective business relationships with key accounts decision makers, partner companies and customers.Ensures that all programs and action plans are in compliance to company policy and procedures and all due diligence are attended to accordingly.Ensures that cash balances and cashiering activities in the satellite office follows strictly and religiously standard policies and procedures set by the company.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management and any equivalent course.With at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales from retail, financial institutions and related industries.With excellent communications (in both writing and oral) and management skills.With strong drive to achieve goals, sound planning, logical execution, leadership and people skills.Highly analytical with good business acumen and relations.With good moral character and high level of professionalism and integrity.
