The Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible for providing assistance in the research, planning, and implementation of new hotel marketing programs. This position is also responsible for client development and logistical arrangements for the team's marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing ProgramCreate concept papers based on the instructions of superiors and provide analysis of proposals and profit and loss computation.Coordinate with different departments for the development and request of marketing materials (e.g. product packaging, marketing collateral, advertisements, etc.) Review and evaluate marketing proposals from internal or external clients and provide recommendation for management consideration and approvalRegularly review existing package/pricing against competition and recommend or propose ideas and suggestions to enhance the packaging/offering to be competitive.Monitor all international marketing initiatives implemented and provide analysis and report on the performance of each initiative against objective and targets.Account DevelopmentEstablish and maintain good relationship with key agents (e.g. DOT, TPB) or with any prospective clientele that the management shall deem important for accomplishing revenue generating objectives.Sustain the development of assigned accounts/markets.Explore other potential markets and establish rapport.Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.Assist on the logistical requirements during oculars and familiarization tours.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a college graduate, preferably of any of the following courses: Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, Journalism or a related fieldPreferably at least one (1) year of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing and/or Business DevelopmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent project management skillsGood understanding of Marketing  processes, policies, and best practicesProficiency in office applications (GSuite, MS Office, etc.)Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to build good working relationships and deal with different types of individual
