JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Summary: Responsible for the achievement of the store KPI, excellent customer service, good general housekeeping and proper visual standard.
Ensure the attainment of sales and target of the branch.Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.Recommends possible solutions and actions to address customer complaints.Ensures that items are properly tagged and displayed in accordance with approved store visual standards.Maintains appropriate stock levels in the branch.Ensure that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.Mo

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or any course.2- 3 years of working experience in the related field.With experience in supervising store specializing in retail store operations or equivalent.
