JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary: Responsible for the achievement of the store KPI, excellent customer service, good general housekeeping and proper visual standard.

Ensure the attainment of sales and target of the branch.Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.Recommends possible solutions and actions to address customer complaints.Ensures that items are properly tagged and displayed in accordance with approved store visual standards.Maintains appropriate stock levels in the branch.Ensure that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.Monitors and analyzes merchandise movement and recommends appropriate actions for slow moving items.Ensures that all concern staff are effectively executing their assigned tasks and functions.Performs regular review on branch staff performance.Ensures smooth implementation of company policies, systems and procedures and regulations in the branch level.Ensure proper training of staff prior to deployment.Produces regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company which your superior may ask or direct you to perform. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or any course.2- 3 years of working experience in the related field.With experience in supervising store specializing in retail store operations or equivalent.
